Use either sentence you proposed for number 3 :thumbsup:, except the second sentence has a typo, and you can leave off the subject pronoun (like you did in the sentence). :)
Number 4 is missing an article. Look at the sample sentence if you can't figure it out.
Number 5 is perfect. :thumbsup:

It's OK, but it sound strange to me.:thinking:
When I heard this question, I understand something like
¿since when do you play you favorite sport?
You can take in a literall way and answer 15 minutes ago,
but for me the proper answer its something like
"Hace 5 años que juego al baloncesto"
"I do basketball since 5 years ago" or your
"Hace cinco años que participo en mi deporte favorito

oh I thought the first question means "How long do you play your favorite sport". I don't play any sports and I don't have any favorites so I just say that I participate in my favorite sport for only 15 minutes. :thinking:
