Please translate for me, I have an idea what this means but I'd like to hear a more experienced person's translation:

"porque haces todo esto me duele"

all the different uses of "porque" gives me difficulty sometimes.

La frase que escribiste parece que le falta punctuación...... por ejemplo:

¿Porqué haces todo esto? Me duele. Why do you do all this? It hurts me.

Porque haces todo, esto me duele. Because you do everything, this hurts me.

So.......which one is it?

I'd guess it's the first meaning that Elaina says:

¿Porque haces todo esto? Me duele.
Why do you do all this? It hurts.

As far as confusion with the word porque, it can simply mean why or because.
