I was able to find a few websites that listed a number of suffixes and prefixes. The search I used was 'Spanish suffixes prefixes'. I don't know if there is any one place that contains a comprehensive list.

¿Es "miento" un sufijo? Nacimiento |
Sí. Esto sirve para convertir un verbo en un sustantivo. Hay un sufijo equivalente en el inglés: -ment
to establish -> establishment |

what does the su- prefix mean? (poner, suponer)
|
Both su- and sub- mean under/underneath.

thanks
and sur- ? |
It means over, above, beyond and upon. The Spanish prefix super- is probably a better match for the given definitions.
Other than those meanings, it can also mean the compass point sur. It is used to form some compound words, like Suramérica (also spelled Sudamérica) and Suráfrica. sureste = southeast suroeste = southwest sureño = southern |
