Es el pan de cada día

How do we say in English the expression "es el pan de cada día"?
It means, that something is the norm, that something happens everyday. For example, in Venezuela atracos en la calle es el pan de cada día.
Thanks in advance.

It's commonplace.
It's the norm.
It's an everyday occurrence.
It's the usual.
It's the order of the day.

It's the stuff of life.
It's (just) a part of life.

It's our bread and butter (daily bread).

It's the same (old) thing everyday. (Same old, same old.)
It's the daily grind.
