I'm freezing to death.

If you call someone an iceburg (témpano) the meaning is different. It means very cold emotionally. Not very courteous

I mean when sb has a cold personality. Sorry for the misuanderstanding.
Ella es un tempano de hielo. She is a cold person.

Describing someone as cold means they're insensitive, inconsiderate, heartless, or callous. It also means not affectionate or unfriendly.
