We won't do your homework for you.

Try to isolate the verb first that appears in list c). Once found, apply what you've learned about that verb to find any objects it may have. Once you determine the verb and its objects, the rest becomes pretty easy.
The sentence order in Spanish allows the subject before or after the verb - the same with the objects of the verb, so there isn't just one correct solution.

Sentence b) has two verbs in it, so you're dealing with two clauses. There is a main clause, a conjunction, and a secondary clause.
Identify the parts of speech in order to get the pieces in a correct order.
The clauses can appear in either order, so there isn't just one correct answer.

Post your discoveries (words labeled as 'verb', 'object', 'conjunction', etc.) if you still can't figure out how the words fit together.

I suppose, since you didn't post sentence a) of your assignment, that you figured it out.
You may want to show us the sentence(s) you have already figured out.
