How would you say "To mute yourself, press and hold the control key, then press D while holding the control key" in Spanish?

This is for google meet Bilingual Literacy class. I want to make sure I'm saying this in a way Spanish-speaking kids will be able to understand.

We're a language learning community and we normally ask for the learner to post their own attempt so we can help with corrections and recommendations. But I've been having so much trouble with these platforms, that I'll make an exception. ;)
