"More than blood" translation?

The title speaks for itself; how would you translate "more than blood" to spanish? I'm pretty beginner level in my language skills and I don't know if I would use que or de for than, or if I need to include la before sangre. Thanks in advance!

It would depend on the context if you would use "la" or not, but I don't think it will be needed. Can you please post your own attempt so we can help you with explanations and corrections if needed? :)

I'm thinking "más que sangre" is what it would translate to. Is this correct, or no?

That is how I would say it.

Yes, I would also say "más que sangre"...

Then again, if this is the title for some tale, or something else, sometimes (like in film titles) the "translation" of the title could be something else (depending on the subject of the tale... and what happens...)

I.e., you could have expressions like "to sweat blood", which could be translated as "sudar sangre" or "sudar tinta" (to sweat ink!)...

Or you could "taste blood", which probably in Spanish would be "probar el sabor de la victoria" (literally, to taste the flavor of victory).

I am probably going far beyond the scope of your question, but just wanted to say that "a title" may communicate better the concept if you know what the whole subject is about...

Saludos cordiales. :-)
