Checking homework - Pretérito Perfecto

Hi, I was asked to write few sentences about my holidays in Pretérito Perfecto. Would you mind checking them? And maybe telling me, if there are any words that could be replaced by more advanced ones?

Estas vacaciones yo he visitado Italia con mi familia.
Hemos ido en avión. Nos hemos hospedado en el hotel en Bolonia. En Bolonia nosotros hemos visitado la catedral de San Pietro, la universidad y hemos caminado por las calles encantadores. Desde Bolonia hemos ido en tren a las ciudades cercanas, que nosotros han gustado mucho. También hemos estado en Mediolan. Durante nuestra estancia hemos visto muchos bellas obras de arte y hemos visitado la catedral muy famosa. En Italia hemos probado la comida local. Lo hemos saboreado mucho, especialmente Tagliatelle al Ragù.
Hemos han gustado nuestras vacaciones de este año
