Fuego
 
Let´s have a list of vocabulary concerning fires, something so usual this summer in Spain.

Fuego = fire
ascuas = embers
rescoldos
prender fuego a = set fire to
pirómano = arsonist
fuego intencionado =
El fuego fue iniciado = the fire was started
será declarada zona catastrófica =
apagar un fuego = extinguish a fire / also put out a fire
bomberos = fire fighters
mangueras = hoses
traje de bombero
llamas = flames
llamaradas = sudden blazes
sentido del viento =
reavivar el fuego=


Can anybody translate the words without any translations and complete the list with some words that come to your mind, please ????

traje ... = firefighter suit / gear
reavivar ... = revive/rekindle/reignite/restart a fire
avivar ... = to fan the flames (to revive a fire, we fan the flames/embers)

CHISPAS = sparks
saltar una chispa
pavesas = burnig smut
carbonizar= to burn to the ground, to reduce to ashes, charred bodies
calcinar = to burn, to scorch
Murieron calcinados = they were burned to death, they were charred
extintor = fire extinguisher
in case of fire
fireengine

I think they can, but the nuance in Spanish is that "ascuas" are any piece of matter that is burning without a flame, and "brasas" are only coal. :)
