seguir is to follow
seguime is "follow me"

is this a reflexive verb?
is this a reflexive and impertive verb?

I think it´s only an imperative verb.....

Es "sígueme" y no es reflexivo porque la persona que tiene que seguir ("tú", porque es imperativo singular de segunda persona) no es el objecto directo ("me").

No. Creo que se usa "seguidme" con "vosotros".
