¿Qué tal?

Hi there.
I'm Kev from England and I'm studying Spanish at night school after one too many years of being ignorant and deciding, finally, to learn to communicate properly.
I've been going to Spain for 51 years now, so it's not really before time, is it?
I'll ask you to forgive my terrible spelling/grammar/contexts in advance, but please remember I am aware and am trying to rectify the situation.
