"Castellano" creo que sólo se usa en España, pero tampoco lo sé seguro. No te puedo ayudar mucho. :) |

You speak Spanish. Or I speak Spanish, they are accurate.:) |
To me, they both can mean the same, but being a native Spanish speaker, I'd use "sé hablar español" to emphasize not only a correct but a really good use of language (pardon unmodesty). :D

I think it´s the same as in English.
I speak English I can speak English Right? |

I can speak English = Puedo hablar inglés - which I understand wouldn't be correct in Spanish? You would say Sé hablar español = I know (how to) speak Spanish. Just another occasion when interpretation is better than translation? |
You would say Sé hablar español = I know (how to) speak Spanish.
That sounds a bit stilted doesn´t it? |

Not really. Although I would actually say I can speak English or I speak English. |
