Please translate this tattoo

Please help me translate a tattoo on hands:

http://shn.ucoz.net/tattoo.jpg

I have difficulty reading the text, especially on the right hand, may be a native speaker can understand it. Unfortunately, there is no variant in better resolution.

Thank you!

On the left arm:
Gracias a mis esfuerzos voy a encontrar mi felicidad.
Thanks to my efforts I'm going to find my happiness.

The text on the right hand is difficult to read.
The first word is 'Passion', written in English.
This is followed by what looks like 'me llama el ... ...'. The first word after 'el' could be 'alma', but the curvature of the arm makes it impossible to tell. The word on a line by itself is too blurred to read.
After that I believe it says 'y abre mi c... por amor'. The curvature of the arm makes reading the word that starts with a 'c' impossible to read.

Unfortunately, without the missing words, no translation can be given.

Maybe someone else can provide more help.

The one on the left is easier because it's a single sentence. Gracias a mis esfuerzos voy a encontrar mi felicidad: Thanks to my efforts I will find my happiness

The one on the right seems to be a poem, and I think the first word is in English:

Passion
me llama al alma
ternura
pobre mi corazón
por amor

Passion
calls to my soul
tenderness
poor (is) my heart
because of love

That's a line by line translation. I'm not sure what the subject of "calls to my soul" is: the easier guess is that it's "Passion", because an abstract noun as a subject in Spanish should have a definite article.

Edit: Rusty posted while I was typing up my answer. Having seen his, I agree that "y abre" ("and opens") looks like a better reading than "pobre" ("poor").

"Pussion [or Pussien] me llena el alma de ternura y abro mi corazón por amor"

a hyper-tacky "Pussion fills up my soul with tenderness, and because of love, I open my heart"

Thank you, everybody, especially AleCcowaN, I have doublechecked your variant and it is right!
