Muerte dulce

How do you say in English " Muerte dulce" in the following context :
Tuvo una muerte muy dulce, this is usually used when sb dies while sleeping, without being sick.

He died in his sleep.

Igual me ocurre una frase más elegante después de haberlo pensado un poco más.

right - also, "he died quietly.".

hermit

LA gente quiere saber si la persona muerta sufrió , por eso yo diría, "he passed in his sleep without pain"

I guess You don´t have the equivelent to he had a "sweet death "

A quiet death es más parecido:)

Another good option would be "he went peacefully" or "he died peacefully".
