Al Festival Internacional vs a El Festival Internacional

Quiero ir al Festival Internacional de Música en Benicàssim.

Is there any situation where we can say: a El Festival Internacional…?

How do we know if these kinds of terms (e.g. festivals, parks, etc.) actually contain the definite article as part of their names?

Many thanks in advance.

"Quiero ir al festival" is better, because the article is not a part of the name of the festival, but you separate the preposition when "el" belongs to the name; I guess you only know when they belong together through usage:

Once again, thank you so much, AngelicaDeAlquezar. These are excellent examples!
