Dose tal para cual mean something for everyone or two of a kind or two of a kind or something else altogether.
Thanks,

Poli

It means 'two of a kind' or 'made for each other'.

Is the meaning the same as:

<De tal palo, tal astilla>

Elaina:confused:

No, "de tal palo, tal astilla" is like "The father is a good person, and so are they children" or "The SONY cameras are good, the new SONY cameras are also good"

Ejemplo:
- Mira que bien juega a fútbol Juan
- Que no te extrañe. Es hijo del famoso delantero XXX
- Ah, claro. De tal palo, tal astilla.

Saludos :D

"like father, like son" works pretty good for "de tal palo, tal astilla", although I probably prefer poli's suggestion.
