Entitled to freedom of

Are my sentences correct?

-As for the pair presentation, I do not think we have to meet to discuss what we have to present. Unlike the US or Europe, many of us in this city do not live on campus, so there is no point in telling us to travel long distances to the university. I think we are entitled to enjoy freedom of choosing what we like to present, as long as it is relevant to our course. I will discuss the presentation with my groupmate. We will give the presentation on 2th. Thank you. No need to give me a reply.

Say, I am in pair with another student, so I am in a two-member group, but the word GROUPMATE sounds like there must be at least three in the group, so that I can refer to any one of them using GROUPMATE.

enjoy the freedom of choosing

Groupmate is not an English word, but would be interpreted as a fellow member of the group you belong to, should you choose to use it anyway.
The size of the group is not a consideration. It doesn't matter how many classmates we have or how many teammates we have. When only two members of the group are being referenced in the first person plural, "my teammate and I" is correct usage.
Saying "I'll discuss the presentation with my groupmate" means that only two people will be involved in the discussion.
If you are going to talk to more than one teammate, you'd use the plural form:
"I'll discuss the game with my teammates."

If there are only two on the team, you'd always use 'teammate' when referring to the other member.
