He oído la palabra "ya" se traducía como "already", pero en qué otras maneras puede usarse?

Muchas veces el ver ejemplos es la mejor forma de aprender.

Ya lo hice. = I already did it.
Vente ya. = Come right away.
¿Compraste la leche? --Ya. = Did you buy milk? Yes (I already did).
¡Ya! = Enough! / Stop it! (when someone is teasing/perstering/bugging you)

Por lo general, cuando ya se refiere al pasado se traduce por already:
Ya lo he hecho (I've already done it)
Cuando se trata del presente, se traduce por now:
Ya nos vamos (We're leaving now)
En el futuro se traduce por later:
Ya hablaremos (We'll talk later)
