Me too = Yo (a mi) también.

Me neither = ((ni) (a mi)) yo/tampoco.

¿Se entiende?

Ya me enredé... :D

Perfect my friend, I believe while there are work, then it's ok

Today I tried to post here but I confuse the topics, here it is the message I wrote:
Aside on what Tomisimo have corrected you, you can use "No he" but you have to say the verb after it: "No he visto".
¿Has visto un tornado? No he visto [ninguno], ¡qué miedo! ¡Es una buena foto!
(using "ninguno" is the common way. Whitout it is right too.)

Correct use the word No he visto is, because how you can say No he, and no he visto together are understanding.

Sí, y estaría correcto también dependiendo de como se use.

Who did this?

- I didn't (you answering)

- Me neither... (this is me) :)

You nor I would do it.
