How can I translate this in English?
It´s about a Doctor that is always delayed and you have to check etc....

I'm going to the doctor to see when I can get an appointment.
I'm going to the doctor to see when he is seeing patients.
I'm going to the doctor to see when he can hold surgery.
etc.

ya tengo cita, pero se retrasa un montón, y si tengo cita a las 10, igual te recibe a las 12, entonces quiero ir a ver por que hora van.

In Mexico "por qué hora" sounds strange. We'd say "a ver a/hasta qué hora me recibe" :D
