If a person is sly as a fox, it means tienen trucos, mañoso, astuto

La hembra de fox en inglés es vixen.

Una mujer foxy es una mujer sexy

Vino foxy es un tinto que tiene un sabor peculiar.

Para el vino no se usa esta palabra :)

Los zorros ingleses, Foxes, (y las mujeres Vixen) son tambien astutos. Son Clever (positivo) y Cunning o Sly (Negativo). ¡No son normalmente espadachines!

Leí en una revista que esta frase originó con Cervantes. No conozco la cita exacta pero es algo así: estás tizneado dijo el pote al tetero.
Significa que el pote no dio cuenta que el tambien está tizneado.
