Por community stakeholder se entiende cualquier persona que tiene interés en una empresa (sea la comunidad, compañía, propósito, endeavor or undertaking).

I would translate it públicos interesados or interesados común or interesados en la empresa común.

To have a stake in a company etc, is similar to having invested money in it (but not always), so if the stakeholder also owns stock in the company (stockholder), then you could use accionista. If that's not the case, I'd return to the original meaning of stakeholder as the person who collects and holds the money for a bet, until the winner is decided, the stake being the pot of money to win. In this case:

stakeholder = persona que guarda el dinero de las apuestas.

The person who holds money for a bet is also known as tenedor de apuestas.

A mi parecer, a community stakeholder is not the person who is holding money for a community, but one who has a stake in its affairs.

I'd like to see more context for community stakeholder too.
