Name board, two-storied building, exhaust fan, soft toys, wet grinder

Hello,

Want to know the spanish equivalent of

name board
two storied building which is the house I live....
(dos piso edifico que la casa vivo.... -- somethine like that)

exhaust fan
soft toys
wet grinder (a kind of grinder used to make batter from cereals like rice and lentils)

This appliance is common in South India. It is used to make batter/paste from soaked grains and lentils. Modern appliances use electricity, but older, manual models still exist. I don't know a Spanish equivalent. Maybe molinillo para hacer una pasta de cereales would work.
