To take into consideration

I don't know how to say this in Spanish. Dar consideración seems wrong. Is it?
If so, this the best way of saying it?

tener en cuenta
tomar en cuenta
tomar en consideración

Thanks Rusty for a fitting answer.
Someone else told be dar buena cuenta, but an internet search to confirm it confused me some. Can that be used as well?

It can be used, but it means something different, i.e., to eat all the food...

dar buena cuenta

1. loc. verb. Dar fin a algo o consumirlo. Dio buena cuenta DE la comida.

Or "Ali dio buena cuenta de Foreman, en Manila"... ;-)

Thanks JP. It's more like rematar, then.
