Tiene sentido?

I'm trying to say-

I heard you tell Julio that I'm "siempre bien"

would it be

Te he oida diga a Julio que yo soy siempre bien

Please note- ---Oops sorry i didn't realize it was a bad word so I replaced it with a clean word
