How many ways to say sube el voulumen, baja el volumen de la tele are there?

turn the volume up/down
Pump up the volume
Pop up the volume
put the volume up/down????
Are all of them correct?

Pop up the volume---I don't think so. I'm not sure if they use it in Britain, but not here in the USA.

Make it louder.
Turn it up.
Turn up the TV.
Pump it up. (music)

Turn it down.
Turn the volume down.
Lower the volume.
Turn the TV down.
