When asking "How was your weekend?", should I use pasó or pasaste?

Use of "le" on the end of the infinitive

Is it okay to use either of these words in the same way? From my understanding, they both mean "to send" as in "Podrias porfavor madarme la factura?" or "Podrias porfavor enviarme la factura?"

"I think"
I know when you say "I think this restaurant is nice", you use "creo que....."
But what if I'm saying "I think" as in "I'm pretty sure"? For example, "I think you sent another payment to us, but...
