however, for a starter in spanish language, it is hard to comprehend spoken spanish, it would be more proper to read texts in spanish and their english translation

I mean the "le" doesn't refer to the opciones?

I find very confusing which verbs and when come with "me, te, se, etc" and which verbs and when with "le, lo, etc"

for example the verb realizarse, why it is accompanied with "se"? there...

I know that the opposite (bastante) is placed after the verb, but what about apenas?
