¿Sin Adyuvante?

I can't find a resource to translate "sin adyuvante". The sentence in which it is used: "Las embarazadas también recibirán una sola dosis de la vacuna sin adyuvante".

Any help out there?

Thanks for the conjugation. It did help in understnading the first two phrases. If asked to translate "I am leaving now!", I would have come up with "Dejando ahora!".
