I would be inclined to say it's the only Welsh speaking community outside of Wales. Apart from that many Welsh people don't speak Welsh.

Which is the stressed syllable on 'Alvaro', 'Alvarez' and possibly others? I believe it to be on the first "A" although I've never seen the written accent applied. Please advise.

I expect "Flamenquín" probably means "Flamenco style" - although Pizarro himself is actually extremeño, same as my wife's family.
