Mi PC = "mi" as a possessive, does not have an accent.

así que = You must put "que" after "así" when meaning "so"

conocí a muchas personas = the verb "to meet" has several translations in Spanish. "Encontrarse con.." is one of them, but when it's the first time you meet someone "conocer a" must be used.

con las que = 'que con hablo' doesn't mean anything. The correct sentence is "con las que hablo" or "con quienes hablo" (either one is correct).

empecé a hablar = In your sentence this sounds better. "Start talking" = I started talking on facebook months later" (if that's what you meant to say).

You don't use the possessive with 'Youtube' or 'Facebook' in English; in Spanish either.

Un saludo cordial = "Salud" means "health".
