In a word, no. Subjunctive is from Latin
subjungere, and subjective is from Latin
subjectivus. The Latin for subjunctive is an attempt to translate from the Greek
upotaktike egklisis, one of the recognized moods.
Subjectivus is from a completely different root. The preposition
sub makes them look similar, though.
