In practical terms they mean the same. "No encuentro el camino" focuses in the result, while "no puedo encontrar el camino" focuses in you inability to find it. I'd use the first sentence when I lack some piece of information and the second one when I tried and tried but failed in every attempt.

some correction:

"soy un/a anglófono/a que está aprendiendo"

for you to understand why "soy ((((un anglófono que está aprendiendo))))"

and you're right, it's "la diferencia entre A, B, C, D y E"
