I don't think this will be possible. Even if you did find three verbs like this, they probably wouldn't all be regular verbs and thus wouldn't be useful for learning the three -ar, -er, and -ir verb conjugations. That said, these are all the pairs I can think of:
morar - to dwell
morir - to die
podar - to prune
poder - to be able to
sumir - to sink
sumar - to add
sentar - to sit
sentir - to feel
parir - to give birth
parar - to stop
asir - to seize
asar - to grill
(hacer sounds the same, but is spelled differently
)
verter - to pour
vertir - to pour
salar - to season/salt
salir - to go out
vender - to sell
vendar - to bandage

This is an interesting idea, but I'd just recommend you bite the bullet and start learning them even if it's not easy. Your ultimate goal should be to learn
all Spanish verbs anyway, right?
