También nota que los barquillos y los conos son distintos. (El barquillo es más rico ) barquillo = waffle cone.

Otra cosa que ya mencionaron arriba es que la forma más común de pedir cualquier cosa en un restaurante o una tienda en México es "¿Me da un _________, por favor?" This is the equivalent of the US English statement "I would like a __________, please."

Also, there is a difference between helado y nieve. Helado is ice cream (made with cream/milk) and nieve is more like a sorbet (doesn't contain any milk/cream)

EDIT: También el lugar donde compras estas cosas puede ser nevería o heladería. O simplemente "los helados", p. ej. "¡Vamos a los helados!".
