1) Ayer un hombre me ha confrontado porque perdió su maleta y estaba que ardo (You need time agreement here, the situation is in the past) con la situación.

2) Al principio me dijo: me parece increíble que tengo (As Alec said, you need the subjunctive here, because sentences expressing what you feel about something like "me parece increíble que" and "me repatea que" are triggers for that conjugation mood) que esperar aquí porque usted no me quieres (Check Alec's suggestion: you're mixing "usted" and "tú") ayudar.
3) Me contó lo que pasó y me dijo: me repatea que me preguntas (Same as previous subjunctive explanation) tantas cosas.
4) No sabía qué (Be careful with accents; this one makes a difference between "I didn't know what I had to do" and "I didn't know that I had to do [something]) tenía que hacer dado que acababa de empezar a trabajar en esa compaňía aérea (no fui (You might want to use present tense, because in one day you are still not a professional) un (We don't use an article for occupations; for example, we say "soy estudiante", instead of "soy un estudiante") profesional) y el hombre era muy intranquilo y yo tenía mucho trabajo.
5) Me dijo: su companía me saca de quicio y luego cuando seguía preguntarle (You need a continuous conjugation here, like in "estoy comiendo" [I am eating], try it in the past] las mismas cosas necesarias (Your English version doesn't use "necesarias", so get rid of it in Spanish) me dijo: Ya he oído suficiente y se fue.
