Hola a todos / Hello everyone.

I have to say I think that podcasts are a great way to learn, especially if you can read the full transcripts and/ or do exercises.

Unfortunately the ones you mentioned here are not free, but there are many good ones that are! Here are some sites you might want to check out to use the material for learning, I think you will find them very useful/ helpful (I did ).

1. http://www.audiria.com

Offers free podcasts (very regular updates, some 2 to 3 times a week) for 5 different levels (level 0 to 4, from absolute beginner to quite advanced) with many different media suchg as e.g. conversations, bits of radio, papers or tv. You get the full text transcripts for free and also you can download the mp3. Each lesson (some also on grammar principles) has free exercises as well.

2. http://www.spanishnewsbites.com

Offer regular free podcasts and full transcripts (all free) on three different levels (beginner, intermediate and advanced), bits that have been in the news in Spain. Also contains bits of tv for the more advanced levels.

3. http://www.learnoutloud.com/Podcast-...guages/Spanish

Collection of many free podcasts (mostly with free transcripts as well, but this may vary. The podcasts however can invariably be listened to and downloaded for free), for different levels varyong from beginners to more advanced.

You may also want to check out the following sites, which offer free video material and helppful material :-)

4. http://www.lingus.tv/videos

Free video´s and complete transcripts in Spanish & translations in English on three levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced).

5. http://my.spanishdict.com/learn/browse/1 ,

http://my.spanishdict.com/learn/browse/2

y http://my.spanishdict.com/learn/browse/3

Free video' s covering many grammar-related educatiobal video' s with regular updates. They can also be listened to in mp3 format of downloaded. The site contains quite a few exercises as well and a helpful forum if you have questions about the video's.

6. http://www.rollingrs.com

Free educational Spanish video' s (suitable for begineners as many explanations are done in English). You can also get additional video' s but then you need to pay a fee. However bot the free and paid video' s have frequent new additions.

More in general, you may want to also have a look at this site of the BBC, as it offers quite a few free podcasts and a very nice free interactive video course for beginners (better/ for absolute beginners...) including exercises, which is called ' Mi Vida Loca'.

Hope this helps you

Good luck!/ i Buena suerte!
