*It depends on what you mean:
- "desviación en la calle 101" -> The street is closed and one cannot drive straight through it.
- "desviación para la calle 101" -> There is a detour that leads to 101st Street.

**It should be "construyéndola", not "construyéndolo", but in Spanish it would rather sound as if they're just building it, not repairing it. Sentence should sound better if you said "porque la están reparando"/"porque están reparándola".
