¿Tuviste un buen fin de semana? Not regional at all. They can be translated as
Have you had a good week? and Did you have a good week? I have always thought that an interrogative using the verb to do is less formal and less British sounding than an interrogative using the verb to have.
I prefer to use one of them in conversation. But a mate of mine uses the other. Which is the more correct sentence to ask someone if they've had a good week/week-end? I thought the use #of the preterite (the second) was the better option.
Same for these two. Which sounds more correct?

In my opinion they are just different ways of saying the same thing. Regionalism doesn't play a role choosing the future tense.
