It's better to say. "your face looks familiar"
In English we can say, "That sounds good to me" when referring to an idea or a proposal. Example: Do you want to go to the movies tonight?
That sounds good to me me. (this means yes)
Gemma and Alfonso, "you face sounds familiar" is really wrong.
