The words that look alike in Spanish and English list into the thousands. Very few, in comparison, are spelled exactly the same. Some end up having different meanings, even though they look the same. For example,
real and
actual look exactly like English words, but these Spanish words don't mean the same thing as their English 'cousins'.
There is no one list that is exhaustive.
In my experience, learning a language from lists doesn't seem like a good approach.
