The
score is the total music for any composed piece, which would be all instruments in a symphony orchestra.
Sheet music can be for any one instrument or more, so a subset of a score, and if the instrument is a piano, that is also
piano notes.
So if looking for a piano piece, any of those would do (though I prefer
score because it sounds better)
