It's impossible, because even although you've a best antivirus the worldwide, always there'll be a virus that grasp enter in your PC, because it's as the humans or person always a diseases get attack you when the there is not cure absolute, therefore the antivirus no always has the last DAT where is all the virus, therefore I can recommending you that if you've the opportunity to check it then you do it.
To do it you need to have at least a antivirus installed in your computer.
