simpatico, gracias, incognito, guerrilla, generalissimo, hacienda, laso, fiesta, tortilla, bonita, bodega (meaning grocery store), basura, nada (the noun), caliente, mucho frio, temblor, malaria, cucaracha, grande, muchacho/a, niño/a, el niño (climactic condition), salsa, vino, hombre, café( often meaning a small restaurant), sierras (meaning a high mountain range) el presidente, camino real, gazpacho, guacamole, sangria, cilantro, paella (many other food items), a lot of dance terms.
There are many more, but Spanish hasn't invaded English as much as English has invaded Spanish. Note that in most cases the accent marks are lost.
Loco is very commonly used, and mucho dinero.
