The most used way is with "ni", but not the only.
or: It's used most frequently with 'ni' but not only/exclusively.

"no me saludó siquiera"
"she didn't even greet me"

It has many uses, see look it up in rae:

1. conj. advers. aunque. Hazme este favor, siquiera sea el último.
Hazme este favor, aunque sea el úitimo.
2. conj. distrib. ya. Siquiera venga, siquiera no venga.
Ya venga, ya no venga.
3. adv. c. por lo menos. U. t. c. adv. m. Deme usted media paga siquiera.
Deme usted media paga al menos / por lo menos.
4. adv. c. Tan solo. U. t. c. adv. m. No tengo una peseta siquiera.

These four forms (the third not too much) are common for me.
As Empanada said: "Ni siquiera" is translated as "not even"
Ok muchas gracias!! No supe que hubo estas posibilidades en combinación con 'siquiera' también
