We have a turtle, but I tend to forget it exists
, but my husband says he finds it relaxing, he just looks at it moving around and jumping from its little island into the water.
I say 'it' because we are not even sure if the poor creature is male or female, only that he/she eats a lot and grows at an alarming speed. And I don't fancy the idea of a terrapin walking around the house when the bowl becomes too small...I'm no Beatrix Potter....
We originally bought it for the children, but now it's my 'other-half''s responsibility.
