Welcome to the forums!

traduce = translate (imperative, 2nd person singular of traducir)
traduce al inglés = translate to English

There's an 'Accents' pull-down menu, just above the area in which you type your message, that contains all the special characters you'll need to type in Spanish.

As you stated, moverse is classified as a stem-changing verb (o-ue). The first person singular, the second person singular, the third person singular, and the third person plural participate in the stem change.
Caerse, on the other hand, doesn't follow the same pattern. Only the first person is irregular. We don't call these types of verbs a stem-changing verb.

I honestly don't understand what your homework question is asking. Moverse and caerse do not fall into the same category, as far as how their stems are handled.
