Very good!

I deleted the paragraphs that don't need any more corrections and here are more hints and suggestions for improvement:

Quote:
Ella levantó la vista y vio el cielo. Era azul, pero un profundo azul (Invert the order of these words) que cualquiera que hubiera visto antes. Su mirada se desvió hacia abajo y a lo largo de las colinas distantes, que eran de un verde brillante y le dio la sensación de que alguien los había pintado en el ojo de su mente.

"Usted está aquí, ¿dónde *** (I think an equivalent construction in English would be "Where else would you be?" Use "más" to insert this idea in your sentence.) estaría usted (Spanish speakers are edgy about repetition of words. Get rid of this pronoun)?" respondió el, (This comma has nothing to do here) desconocido ", aunque dónde ha estado durante los últimos cinco minutos es un misterio."

Lo último que recordaba, era estaba (You can't have two conjugated verbs one after the other if they don't both "frame" the situation, but a conjugated verb and an infinitive. Your construction makes it more complicated. You have to keep a form of "estar sentado" but you also need one more verb: try "haber", for which you'll need a compound tense form) sentado (Stay alert for gender agreement) en su computadora. Había estado estudiando para sus exámenes finales y había estado despierta durante demasiado tiempo. Eran las 4 de la mañana cuando se dio cuenta de que había estado entrando y saliendo de los sueños y luego regresar momentos después (This part of the sentence is redundant and makes the rest sound awkward: the statement that she was in and out of dreams is clear enough).

"Este lugar es hermoso, ¿dónde está?" preguntó Rosa nerviosamente.

"¿Estás bromeando?" Respondió el hombre con voz profunda.

"Estuviste soñando despierta por un momento" él dijo.

"El (What is this article doing here?) soñar despierta? No, estoy soñando despierta ahora"

"No, no, no", me (Who is this? There is no "yo" in your story; there is only "he" and she") interrumpió, "ahora estás despierta".

Comenzó a entrar en pánico a pocos minutos más tarde, cuando podía sentir la hierba bajo sus manos y se sentía tan real como el escritorio en *** (Insert "el", which will work as the pronoun needed for "escritorio", which will make the idea complete.) que estaba escribiendo sobre (In Spanish there is never a preposition after a verb; prepositions need complements. Get rid of this) hace (This is present tense, but you're telling a story in the past) sólo cinco minutos. Asumió que porque estaba consciente, ahora estaría de vuelta en ese escritorio, pero ella no estaba ahí, y no podía pensar en ninguna manera de volver allí.

"Cálmate, cálmate, estás bien, estás con amigos, ¡mira!..." (If the children and the man talk to her with "usted", you must stick to "usted" all the time. If you're going to use "" when the children speak and "usted" when the bearded man speaks, it's alright, just try to keep it coherent.)

Miró a su alrededor y vio a dos niñas y un niño de pie detrás de ella. Todos tenían una expresión extraña en su rostro, al igual que ellos *** (Comma here) no sabían (The one who doesn't know what to do is "she", so you have to conjugate accordingly) si reír o estar extremadamente alarmada .

"Rosa, qué diablos, deja de bromear".

"¡Yo no bromeo! Ahora vete!" ella espetó. *** (Adam must be in this sentence if you're using his name in the next one.)

"Mira, me has llamado Adam! Ahora ¿cómo lo sabes?"

Más confuso, lo hizo preguntarse cómo podría saber que cuando (Not all "that" is "que"; and here you rather need a direct object pronoun instead) ella no reconoce ninguna de ellas. Las dos chicas detrás de ella comenzaron a hablar con ellos en silencio (I'm not sure such expression is valid in English, but you can't speak in silence in Spanish, unless it's explicit they're telepathically speaking; if they're whispering, there is a better verb in Spanish for that) hasta que uno de ellos dijo,

"¿Dónde está lo que cree (Are they talking about her or are they asking her directly? If they are asking her, then be careful about "" and "usted" again) que debería ser (Not the best verb here. For the idea of "there is/are", use "haber")?"
