site allows multiple wildcard characters (*, ?, #, @). You can even specify that words be related to a specific topic in order to be included in the results! And there's more!
Words can be entered in any language.
If you forgot the Spanish word for snow, for example, but remembered that it starts with
n, this search will help you find it:
n*:snow
You can narrow down the results by checking the 'Common words only' link, or by providing more letters (or different wildcards) in your search.
